Shae Washington is a writer, speaker, actor and stage director who is passionate about creating work that will awaken needed change in our society. A black, queer, woman who loves Jesus, Shae is committed to freedom in spirit, mind and body for all. Shae believes that as marginalized people we win by building power together and works to create space for collaboration, resistant joy, and radical healing to thrive. As an experienced facilitator, Shae guides groups with care through examining issues of systemic oppression, structural racism, gender and sexuality, providing time to not only examine how theses systems impact our outer lives, but our inner selves as well. Shae is a type 2 on the Enneagram, a lover of coffee, road trips, musicals and her growing tribe of nieces and nephews.
